Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan runs one live tournament for up to 128 players on a tanitar.com subdomain, with no card and no sales call.
What counts as a monthly active player?
A player counts once per calendar month, however many matches they play across your tournaments.
Can I use my own domain?
From Growth up. The Free plan is hosted on a tanitar.com subdomain and shows a Tanitar badge; Growth puts you on your own domain and removes the badge.
What does paying annually save?
Two months. Annual prepay on University, Growth and Scale bills ten months instead of twelve.
How long does it take to go live?
48 hours. You either consume the API directly or fork a front-end template. The bracket engine, registration, results and payouts are already running underneath.
When do I need Enterprise rather than Scale?
When procurement does. Enterprise adds a 99.9% uptime SLA, a signed DPA, dedicated infrastructure and control over the region your player data is stored in. Those are the things telecoms and federations have to have before they can sign.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If a paid plan isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. You can cancel at any time after that, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
